Welcome to Fluff to Buff Fitness & Wellbeing Helping you feel confident inside & out….

We provide Personal training and group fitness classes in the West Oxfordshire area, including Kettlebell workouts, Hiit (high intensity interval training), core training, Pre and post natal training and PureStretch. Personal training can be done in your home on your own or with a friend or partner.  We also offer packages including bridal / event packages, 6 week shred programs and online shred programs so you can train with us where ever you are in the world.

Here at Fluff to Buff we specialise in making fitness fun, you will be pushed and surprised how far you can push yourself but you will do it all with a smile.

Whether you choose classes, personal training or small group sessions, you’ll leave each session feeling positive, confident and look forward to the next session.

I started going to Kettlercise in January 2016, with my Wedding fast approaching I wanted to get in good shape. 
I had been doing home DVDs and the odd run, but I wasn't enjoying it and couldn't really see any improvement in my fitness or body shape
I made contact with Laonie and attended my first class, it was very daunting as I had never done Kettlebells before, but Laonie made me feel very welcome and I really enjoyed the classes,
so much so, I used to go home and tell my Fiance about the classes that I also convinced him to join
I really noticed a difference in my shape and more so, my toned arms, which was nice to show off in my wedding dress
I still continue to do 2 classes a week and really enjoy it.
I have also noticed an improvement in the pains I used to get in my knee from a previous skiing accident, but after strengthening them through Kettlebells, I don't have as much pain anymore
I have finally found an exercise class that I enjoy, and it doesn't feel like a chore to get off the sofa to go to class

I love Laonie's post natal class. It's fun, relaxed and eases you back into exercise. She'll push you but in a fun way. Plus it's great to meet up with other mums and earn those treats we'll stay for after.

In March I decided to sign up to the Bride to Be Package at Fluff to Buff and I'm so glad I did. 4 months later and the wedding dress that was slightly tight when I tried it on is now needing to be taken in by 3 inches! I wanted to say how much I love your classes and how I can see the changes in my shape since I've started! I'm not sure if it's Hiitblast or Kettlercise but I used to dislike my shoulders and would never wear a halter necked top but this summer I have and I just bought 3 more on holiday!
So pleased you're still doing the Friday morning class at Bodyfit from September. Great bunch of people go and I really enjoy it.

"I started doing Kettlercise with Laonie at the beginning of August 2015. In the 4 months of doing this, I have gained so much core strength and body confidence. My overall fitness has improved; I have increased strength and flexibility and also improved my posture and endurance. Some of the added bonuses of this workout are that I have lost 10lb, lost 3 inches from my waist, 2 inches from my hips and an inch from my bust. Where I work we are provided with free medical health check-ups. I had an assessment in July (before starting Kettlercise) and my body fat percent was recorded at 37.2%. The follow up check-up I had in October my body fat percent has gone down to 29%. Laonie is a superb teacher, who makes the classes fun and well structured.
This is the only exercise class I have found I actually enjoy coming too regularly and feel annoyed if I don’t get my Kettlercise fix each week. Given the variety of the moves, it is really hard to get bored. The time passes so quickly as you get absorbed in getting the transition and the new move right.
Laonie’s routine works really well and I always feel well warmed up before starting and the cool down and stretches are very effective. Laonie keeps her classes fresh and new by adding new classes regularly. The latest class, AbCore is a fantastic add on to the Kettlercise class. I love the way my body is gaining more core strength when carrying out the moves".

"I've been going to Laonie's Kettlercise classes for over a year now. I love everything about them. Laonie is a friendly, encouraging instructor who welcomes everyone to her class. The classes are challenging, but with options for all fitness levels. The music is great and there is always variety in the classes. But most importantly, the results from these classes are fantastic. I feel stronger and leaner and there has also been a noticeable improvement in my running and flexibility from doing a weights based class. I couldn't imagine a Monday morning without this class. "I have been coming to Laonie's classes for nearly two years. When I started, I was the least fit I have ever been. I felt overweight, sluggish, and if I'm honest, I really didn't like my body. Laonie's approach is to push you to do as much as you think you can, safely. It doesn't matter if you can do 1 push up or 20, as long as you're working hard. Her encouragement is always positive, and as she gets to know you, she really knows when you're having a good day or a tough day and adjusts with you. Because of her friendly and encouraging support, I keep coming back, because I keep coming back I've had amazing results. I've lost weight, gained inches in some places (muscles) and lost in others (hips and waist). Most importantly for me though, I've done things I didn't think I'd ever be able to, like push-ups, planks, side planks and I feel so fit! I also feel completely differently about my body, not because it looks THAT different, but because I can do really awesome things with it now. Whenever I see friends they're always telling me how 'well' I look now. When I started a 2kg kettlebell felt hard, and how I do most moves with an 8kg and some with a 10kg!
